Beyonce has opemed that she was scared her fans would notice she was pregnant before she officially announced the news.
The singer, who was speaking before a screening of her new Live At Roseland DVD, said she was convinced that people would spot her baby bump during her live shows.
According to that Billboard, she said: The whole time I definitely was thinking, 'Everyone knows, everyone can see'. When you're pregnant, it's a little bit harder to breathe, so it was hard doing all the choreography and singing at the same time.
Since revealing that she and her husband Jay-Z were expecting a child in August, Beyonce's pregnancy has been surrounded by controversy.
The pop star unveiled her baby bump during the MTV Video Music Awards, telling crowds: "I want you to feel the love inside me". However, she was frequently attacked by commentators who think that her baby bump was a prosthetic fake. Later she labelled the criticisms and conspiracy theories as "stupid, ridiculous and false".
