The women Claiming Justin Bieber has fathered her baby has dropped her paternity lawsuit against him, according to US reports. Mariah Yeater had clamed the baby singer was the father of her son Tristan after claiming they had sex in October 2010 but Bieber, 17, had strenuously denied the allegations . According to TMZ, the paternity suit was recently dismissed while her lawyers Lance Rogers and Matt Pare have also quit the case after then Bieber has confirmed that he is ready to take a paternity test to prove that he is not the father of that baby. The 17 year old star has announced that he is prepared to undergo a DNA test after Mariah Yeater claimed he is the father of her four-month-old baby son. Speaking to old magazine, Bieber said, " All this stuff is dealt with by my legal team. But if they want to me to then I will, " The U smile hit maker also says he would not 'waste' his time meeting Mariah face t face because she has simple fabricated the claims for attention. Justine and his girlfriend both learnt to ignore the rubbish that comes out."
