The famous pop and R&B singer talked about how difficult it was for her to perform and that she was under the impression people already knew about her pregnancy. While promoting a new DVD in NYC, there were all sorts of questions sent forth to Beyonce including "How could she not tell us?" and "How did she keep that a secret?"
Beyonce said while addressing her infamous baby bump and pregnancy:
"The whole time I definitely was thinking, 'Everyone knows, everyone can see'," she said. "When you're pregnant, it's a little bit harder to breathe, so it was hard doing all the choreography and singing at the same time."
The big secret was ultimately revealed to the world at the 2011 MTV Music Video Awards when Beyonce was in fact performing. Her song routine on stage ended with her proudly rubbing the baby bump as the crowd cheered. That crowd included proud father Jay-Z and his buddy Kanye West.
